Right, a little background about me I'm a 19 year old female business management student studying in Guildford University of Surrey I will be graduating in 2013 and want to get my own place.Bearing in mind that I will be a 21 year old, and probably will be looking for a 1 bed or 2 bed.. HOUSE not flat with an approx budget of 150k, where are good value areas to live with good links to london? At the moment I'm thinking Dartford, Gravesend, Bexleyheath, Erith areas of Kent, however I'm not sure if these are good areas.. maybe a little rough?The places I'm considering are EssexKentSurreyHowever, probably not Surrey as I live here now and know that it is expensive I will not consider living in London or greater london because I don't believe you get value for money here.

I visited London a few years ago and absolutely adored it Everything about the UK just enchants me and I'd love to live there some day.
