Hi Everyone ..I have recenlty 2mths bought a semi detached house in leeds. Would i need to apply for a planning permission for rebuliding and replacing an existing burnt garage at the back garden of my house. The rough measurements of the existing burnt garage are 11ft width x 20ft length x 8ft height approx. is made of Concrete blocks also called breeze blocks and had a flat timber roof. The new garage im planning to replace with is a concrete Prefabricated garage of approx. same width & length, height but with a pitched roof like a slopping cone shaped . Please let me know...Thanks.
