The counter top is Granite and I have tried lemon juice, fresh and in a bottle. I have also tried to get alcohol to get it off, any other ideas? Please help.

There is a product at hardware stores.I think it is called OOPS.It is used to remove labels from furniture. The hardware store or building centre staff should be able to steer u to it. Luck

Nail polish remover should take it right off. Do a test spot in a hidden area first to make sure it doesn't discolor the granite surface

You put some alchohol on it. Then you light a match and put it on it. Believeme it works every time it just burns right off of the computer without even damaging the computer. I get an index card glued to my computer top about every other week or so.

There's a product called Goo Gone that might work for you. I would try that.

JD is right. Acetone is often found in household nail polish remover, and a small amount on the end of a Q-tip or cotton swab applied directly to the glue should dissolve the bond without damaging the surface.

If you don't have any nail polish remover or Acetone around, try putting a soaking wet towel over it and let it sit for awhile. Then peel & scrub off what you can of the paper, when all is left is the glue residue, take a razor blade and carefully scrape it off. Good Luck!
