Hi i am considering a house swap, i live 7 miles from blackpool in a 3 bedroomed house that is really small and have no storage space and 3 children. Someone is interested in swapping and they have a 4 5 bedroom but im not sure what the area is like? its not far from the tower but iv heard its a really rough place, i really need the room but im worried about making a mistake, i know its highly unlikely that yahoo users may not know the area, but i thought i would take the chance in asking?
