Use the same cleaning tools for kitchen and bath?
My husband just used the brush from cleaning the shower stall to clean the kitchen counters. I am totally grossed out and ready to do germ warfare on the kitchen counter. He doesn't see anything wrong with this. I say you don't use the same tools you use to clean any part of the bathroom to clean any part of the kitchen. I think it is just plain nasty and gross. What do you think?

I am puting drywall up on the ceiling of my new home and when I did the bathroom I didn't think to get green drywall. It is only on the ceiling I will get the green for the walls. Can I just use a mold and algee resistant paint, or should I be removing it? That would suck. Personaly I don't really Know the difference. My father is 82 and not at all strong or steady on his feet, but is stubborn and still prefers to stand up for showers in their current bath tub. He doesn't even want to use a seat. My mother is more able bodied and prefers to soak in a bath. We have been offered a good deal on the sale and installation of a walk in tub, but I'm afraid they won't be able to get used to the change, mainly the smaller space in which to bathe. On the other hand, I'm very afraid that my dad will one day fall in their current tub and hurt or kill himself. I am looking for opinions and pros and cons from people who have walk in tubs or have some knowledge or experience with them. Thanks
